We are currently looking for a part time nanny for our almost 5 month old son with the hope that they can begin in September as I am returning to work from maternity leave.
The position will be 24 hours/week (T/W/Th from 8:30am-4:30pm; hours guaranteed though we do not provide PTO). The position will entail caring for our infant son, managing any dishes/bottles associated with his care and light laundry (generally just folding clean clothes for the kids when needed). As he'll be transitioning to solids in the coming months there will be light meal prep in the future as well. We request that applicants only consider our position if they feel they are able to commit to a longer term position. Our previous nanny was with us for over two years until she was transitioning to graduate school as our daughter was transitioning to preschool and we truly think of her like family (we attended her wedding last month!). As he's currently quite young much of his time is spent reading books, listening to music, tummy time, walks around the neighborhood and napping.
