I’m a mental health therapist who works part time at my private practice. I need someone to be at my house Wednesdays 12-6:30, Thursdays 11-6:30, and Fridays 7:30-5. Open to potentially multiple people/backup options if you’re only available for one or two of the days. The baby is a little ham, but he’s not a set and forget baby. He wants to be held and interacted with and does need help falling asleep. We don’t do the cry it out method in any capacity. He needs to be bounced or rocked, but can be transferred to a crib. He loves dogs and being outside, and is 11 months old. Currently the kids can entertain each other some, and I’m sure that will become more and more of a thing as he keeps getting bigger. Our about to turn three year old is the sweetest kid. Social butterfly who loves crafts and art and Baking and cooking and outdoor play. He gets really excited to pet peoples dogs, find the moon in the sky, pick flowers, and truly do anything you hype up as an activity.
