She came onto our household staffing team at a crucial point in our lives when my wife had just had another baby and our 4 young kids’ needs outnumbered our abilities. She mainly focused on our newborn who was 4 months old at the time, and assisted in planning our weekly calendar, routinely shuttling our kids to summer camps, horseback riding lessons, and other appointments. Emily did a wonderful job managing everything from plating meals from our chef, to planning occasional educational activities for the older kids, nap time schedules, managing communications between vendors for our home and overall household coordination.
