A little bit about me

I have been working in child care since the age of 14, and been a full time nanny from the age of 16-18 up until I came to Bloomington. Currently, I am studying to become an elementary teacher and have a passion working with kids. I only have classes Monday and was looking for a nanny position for Tuesday's-Friday as I found myself having more time on my hands this semester than expected. I have worked with ages 3-12, and been responsible for nannying 4 kids at a time. While in high school, I was apart of the best buddies program. From January 2023-May 2023 I worked as an instructional assistant at Westfield Intermediate School working with kids with IEP's. In my most recent job as a full time nanny, I was with the same family for 2 years. In this position, I was responsible for dinner prep, cleaning, transportation, entertaining the kiddos, getting ready for bed, reading bed time stories, laundry, etc. I would describe myself as very empathetic, kind, humorous, creative, and athletic.
