Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love to play board games, do puzzles, color, and read when it gets hot out and we need a fun indoor activity. I grew up traveling and enjoy cooking and trying foods from different cultures as well.
The pool is always a fun activity, as well as the play ground or just walks around the park.
I’m very outdoorsy myself and love to explore new things! I love to go on fun hikes and bike rides with might dog.

The most important part about being a nanny...
For me, the most important part of being a nanny is being a dependable and consistent presence in a child’s life. Kids thrive when they feel secure, and I want to create that stability while encouraging them to learn, grow, and build confidence every day
My experience with special needs children...
I briefly babysat over the weekend for a family friend who has two younger children with autism. One is nonverbal and keeps to themselves, while the other is very expressive and loves to explore the world.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite memory is when I went horse back riding with one of the girls I used to nanny. We had so much fun, and now she always asks to go when I see her.

Part-Time Child Care Provider Available in Scottsdale, AZ: Daniela F.
Hi! I’m a RN from Maine but I’ve lived in Nashville for the last 3 years! I’m going to be moving to Arizona in September! Before becoming a nurse, babysitting was my main job and I worked in the infant room at a daycare! I’ve always LOVED being around and taking care of children. I even do it as my nursing job - I work postpartum and Labor and delivery! It is so amazing to watch them grow and thrive! I’m looking for a part time job while I wait for my AZ nursing license and to start my job there mid October. After October, I’m still willing to babysit/nanny part time - my availability will be all over the place while I’m on orientation unfortunately. Please reach out if you think I’d be a fit!
Live-In Full-Time Nanny Available in Scottsdale, AZ: Amanda K.
My name is Amanda and I have spent my whole life working with kids. Growing up, I was a private nanny for a family with twins for just under a decade. While I was working for that family, I pursued a degree in elementary education. I went onto get my masters in teaching and learning with an emphasis in math intervention. I spent nine years teaching in a public elementary school, specifically in grades 2-4. I spent one year teaching grade 6 at a public middle school, and now I am doing some short term contracts with different districts in upper elementary school. Being one of the older siblings of a six child family, I have always been surrounded by kids. They have just naturally gravitated toward me my whole life. I've developed many skills along the way and truly enjoy the great work that I've done and continue to do.
