Full-Time Nanny Needed – South Tempe, AZ

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Location: South Tempe, AZ
Child: 1-year-old boy
We are looking for a loving, energetic, and trustworthy full-time nanny to join our family beginning January 4, 2027.
Our son will be just over a year old and is a very active, curious, and happy little boy. He will likely be walking by this time, so we are looking for someone who is attentive, engaging, and excited to keep up with a busy toddler.
My husband and I both work from home but have demanding careers, so we are looking for someone who can confidently take the lead in Royal's daily care, create a fun and nurturing environment, and keep him engaged throughout the day.
Responsibilities Include:
-Providing loving, attentive, and hands-on care
-Planning age-appropriate activities that encourage learning and development
-Taking Royal on outings, walks, and to local activities
-Preparing and serving meals and snacks
-Managing his daily routine, including naps and meals
-Reading, playing, and encouraging developmental milestones
-Light child-related housekeeping (tidying play areas, washing dishes, and baby laundry)
Our Ideal Candidate:
-Has prior experience caring for infants and young toddlers
-Is CPR and First Aid certified
-Has a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record
-Is outgoing, energetic, patient, and genuinely enjoys working with children
-Is dependable, responsible, and comfortable taking initiative
-Is comfortable around dogs (we have two!)
-Is interested in a long-term position and becoming part of our family.
We are hoping to find someone who is not just a nanny, but a trusted and valued part of our family. Our current nanny is moving at the end of the year, and we want this to be a seamless transition.

We currently have a great full time nanny (been with us for a few years) who is expecting her first baby. Our 2 year old attends 3 day a week preschool for 3 hours in the morning. Our 5 and 7 year old go to school during the day . Our 7 year old is autistic and is in a full time general education school with in home after school services for speech and occupational therapy. Our children are fun and have an amazing imagination. They love Lego sets , pretend play, dress up , arts & crafts and exploring outside when the weather permits. Our 7 year old is sweet, verbal and loves to draw , write stories and play with her siblings and peers. She requires minimal support and doesn’t need an aide at School or special assistance at home. The job is for child care mainly during the week and may include some weekend childcare if a nanny is interested. The schedule will be provided 2 months in advance. There will be one day off a week. Some pick up and drop off is needed during the week days. We look forward to finding another great nanny!
