Part-Time Nanny Job: The Jampolsky Family with 1 Child
We're a warm family looking for a caring, experienced nanny for our baby girl, Zoe (born June 2026). It's 2 weekdays, about 8 hours a day, in our home in southwest Colorado Springs (Skyway area), with our very friendly dog, Tomba. We want someone who will stay long term and grow with Zoe. Start: early December, or January at the latest. The days are set together with you.
Pay: $23 to $26 an hour depending on experience, on the books (W-2).
Benefits: guaranteed hours, paid sick leave, paid holidays on your days, modest paid vacation (with notice and approval), Colorado FAMLI, and we'll pay for an infant CPR class if yours has lapsed.
What you'll do: one-on-one care for Zoe; bottles and starting solids per our plan; naps and safe sleep; diapering and dressing; tummy time, reading, music and play; a short daily log; washing bottles and pump parts; Zoe's laundry; light tidying during slow times. No driving outings except in an emergency. We both work from home in dedicated offices and leave Zoe's care to you, and one of us may be free at lunch to give you a short break.
What we're looking for: 2+ years of paid infant experience, current infant CPR and first aid (or willing to get it), 2 references from families with infants, a background check (we pay), Tdap and flu vaccines, non-smoker, comfortable with a friendly dog. Bonus: early childhood education training.
To apply, message us with: (1) your years of paid experience with babies under 12 months, (2) which weekdays you're available and how soon you can start, (3) whether your infant CPR is current, (4) two family references, (5) what you love about caring for babies this age. Applications close November 24, 2026.

Part-Time Nanny Job: The Bliss Family with 1 Child
Looking for nanny 4:30-7:30pm two days a week for a 1 year old boy. We have two large dogs who jump but are friendly.
Part-Time Nanny Job: The Vondenstein Family with 1 Child
We are looking for someone who is reliable, positive, and engaging to watch our active 12 month old. Hours are fairly flexible as we’re looking to someone who can commit to 3-4 hours a day 3-4 days a week, typically in the afternoon. We have an overly friendly corgi who will want to be your best friend, so comfortability with dogs is a must! Responsibilities include tiding up the play area, and light meal prep (cutting fruit or shredding some rotisserie chicken) but mostly just playing with the baby. He loves to play outside, read books, and sing songs so we’re hoping to find someone who is comfortable with that!
Part-Time Nanny Job: The Rust Family with 1 Child
Hi! We’re looking for a wonderful part-time, in-home nanny to join our family beginning ASAP, gradually phasing in as our current nanny phases out. Some overlap with her is possible to help make the transition smooth. 🤍
Our daughter, Rose, is 17 (almost 18!) months old and truly such a joy to be around. She’s a happy, curious toddler who is walking, talking, zooming through milestones, and LOVES being outside. She eats about four solid meals a day, and Mom works from home, so she’ll be nearby and available when needed outside of meetings.
We’re hoping to find someone interested in a long-term position who genuinely wants to become an important, trusted person in Rose’s life. We would love for her to grow really close with her nanny over time.
Our parenting style is heavily influenced by attachment-based parenting. Rose and Mom are very close, and we prioritize connection, co-regulation, developmentally appropriate expectations, and a high-warmth environment. We’re looking for someone who feels comfortable supporting that same approach and meeting toddler emotions with patience and warmth.
Rose currently mostly contact naps, although she’ll also happily fall asleep in a stroller or baby carrier on a walk. We’re also starting to think about potty training in the near future, so there are lots of fun toddler transitions ahead!
In addition to caring for Rose, we’d appreciate help with light meal prep and light housekeeping during the day.
More than anything, we’re hoping to find someone who wants to be with our family for a long time and will genuinely love spending time with our little girl. She is joyful, affectionate, funny, and a lot of fun. 🥰
If this sounds like it could be a good fit, we would LOVE to talk with you! 🙏🏼 We’re praying for the right person to love and care for our daughter, and we hope to be a wonderful family to work with and a blessing to that person in return. 🤍

Part-Time Nanny Job: The Smith Family with 1 Child
I need help with after school for my youngest daughter (14 years). She is a competitive gymnast and has practice 3 times a week in Monument (M, W, F). I just need help getting her there after school. This would be a direct pickup from school to gymnastics in Monument.
I’m a single mom with MS, so there could be more as I learn to manage life with this new diagnosis.
This would just be a fill in for the month of November since our normal person is recovering from surgery.
I would love someone who is comfortable with teens, a safe driver and understanding of the ups and downs of MS.
