A little bit about us

We're a warm family looking for a caring, experienced nanny for our baby girl, Zoe (born June 2026). It's 2 weekdays, about 8 hours a day, in our home in southwest Colorado Springs (Skyway area), with our very friendly dog, Tomba. We want someone who will stay long term and grow with Zoe. Start: early December, or January at the latest. The days are set together with you.

Pay: $23 to $26 an hour depending on experience, on the books (W-2).
Benefits: guaranteed hours, paid sick leave, paid holidays on your days, modest paid vacation (with notice and approval), Colorado FAMLI, and we'll pay for an infant CPR class if yours has lapsed.

What you'll do: one-on-one care for Zoe; bottles and starting solids per our plan; naps and safe sleep; diapering and dressing; tummy time, reading, music and play; a short daily log; washing bottles and pump parts; Zoe's laundry; light tidying during slow times. No driving outings except in an emergency. We both work from home in dedicated offices and leave Zoe's care to you, and one of us may be free at lunch to give you a short break.

What we're looking for: 2+ years of paid infant experience, current infant CPR and first aid (or willing to get it), 2 references from families with infants, a background check (we pay), Tdap and flu vaccines, non-smoker, comfortable with a friendly dog. Bonus: early childhood education training.

To apply, message us with: (1) your years of paid experience with babies under 12 months, (2) which weekdays you're available and how soon you can start, (3) whether your infant CPR is current, (4) two family references, (5) what you love about caring for babies this age. Applications close November 24, 2026.

Responsibilities include tiding up the play area, and light meal prep (cutting fruit or shredding some rotisserie chicken) but mostly just playing with the baby. Babysitter Job: The Clarke Family with 2 Children

Hi! I am looking for before and after care for my 2 boys 1-2 days a week. I am open to splitting it also if you could only do morning or evening. morning would be 6:50-7:40 and evening is 3:30 to about 5:30/6. We live in southern colorado springs near fountain, a few minutes past the airport. My boys are energetic and sweet. My oldest does have adhd and mornings and evenings can be a little more emotionally challenging but my other babysitters haven’t had any big problems. I don’t expect a bunch of housekeeping, just picking up plates and not letting them wreck the house. We love being outdoors and they have very limited iPad time, usually once a week. We need someone patient and calm but firm. They’ll know quick if they can run you.

Babysitter Job: The Edmonds Family with 3 Children

Experienced Family Assistant / Mother’s Helper

We’re a family of five with three young children (ages 3, 2 & 6mo old) looking for an experienced Family Assistant/Mother’s Helper to become a trusted extension of our family.

Unlike a traditional nanny, who is typically the primary caregiver, a Family Assistant/Mother’s Helper works alongside a parent who is home, providing flexible support for both the children and household.

We’re looking for someone who is warm, nurturing, dependable, and organized, proactive, and naturally takes initiative. The ideal person notices what needs to be done without waiting for direction.

We’re also looking for someone who has a strong understanding of toddler development and knows how to guide young children. Someone who takes a gentle but firm approach, understands age-appropriate expectations, and can help children learn emotional regulation, boundaries, independence, and positive communication through everyday interactions and intentional play.

Responsibilities will vary based on our family’s needs and may include childcare, planned developmental activities for each working day, household upkeep, meal preparation, organization, errands, kids activities/sports, and supporting our daily routines.

Parenting Style

We aim to be a limited screen-time household that practices respectful, mindful parenting. We value connection, emotional regulation, curiosity, learning through play, time outdoors, and creating a calm, loving, structured environment where our children feel safe and encouraged to grow.
