He's most happy when engaged directly by someone, even if he's just watching them fold the laundry or cook. He is in love with our cat and will stop whatever he's doing to watch her and try to pet her. He can be clingy in new environments and is sensitive about his sleep, which makes day-care a challenge.
We would need a nanny for roughly 30 to 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday to match our work schedules. We work from home so there's some flexibility to our schedules. We're happy to help with responsibilities around pick-up and drop-off, and to work out a schedule with the nanny and other parents as needed.
