We'd love a nanny with real experience, solid references, and a calm, steady presence, since consistency is a big deal for us given our work schedules.
We're specifically hoping to find someone bilingual who can help teach him Spanish. She or he should be comfortable driving him to activities or appointments and be open to helping with light housework. We also have dogs at home, so a comfort with pets is a must.
