We are a busy healthcare family seeking a warm, experienced, and dependable nanny to care for our young son three days per week. With both parents working in healthcare and occasionally having long workdays, reliability, consistency, and flexibility are especially important to our family.

Hello! My husband and I are looking for care for our daughter and soon to arrive baby. Our daughter is 20 months and our baby is arriving in July. My husband has recently acquired a business locally and will not have paternity leave. I work part-time in curriculum development and educational consulting, but will be working from home. I primarily need help balancing the new arrival of a baby with caring for our household. I would love someone that will enjoy cuddling a newborn while I help our toddler feel special and adapt to her new role as big sister. I would prefer someone with an interest in child development to maintain a high level of engagement while working with my toddler, but I am happy to set up the activities in advance. We can be extremely flexible about which hours you work per week, as long as they add up to close to full-time support. There are no additional responsibilities outside of the home (e.g. pick-up or drop-off). Light housework (dishes, folding laundry) would be very appreciated.
