Part-Time Nanny Job: The Crowe Family with 2 Children
We are two families looking to start a nanny share and just need the perfect nanny!
- Location:*Lakewood, CO
- Start Date: 1/4/2027
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours
- Hours: Approximately 30–40 hours/week, with 30 guaranteed paid hours. Exact schedule to be discussed.
- Pay: $30, depending on experience and qualifications
- Position: Long-term
Responsibilities:
- Providing loving, attentive infant care
- Managing feedings, naps, diaper changes, and daily routines
- Engaging in age-appropriate activities
- Baby-related laundry, bottle cleaning, and tidying nursery/play areas
- Comfortable with a dog and a cat
Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced with at least two newborns/infants at the same time
- Warm, patient, dependable, and nurturing
- Infant CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain certification)
- Strong childcare references
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable with pets and a work-from-home parent
- Willing to use a payroll

We are expecting our first baby in July, a little boy, and looking for the right person to watch him during the work week. Our schedules are not concrete yet, but definitely four days a week, 8 hours, possibly all five. We are open to nanny shares and are talking with a couple other expecting moms about this possibility. We have (2) large breed dogs that are super sweet but it is a lot of dog, so the right person would have to be a dog person. The right person would also be warm and enthusiastic about babies and children and fun loving. We definitely would like a flexible person who is OK with changing schedules week to week.
