A little bit about us
A typical day will begin around 12–1 PM with picking up our son from daycare, bringing him home for lunch, nap, play, and one-on-one care. Around 3 PM, the day transitions to our girls school pickup followed by either transportation to reading camp/after-school activities or their afternoon routine at home.
At home, afternoons may include reading or homework support, outdoor/play time, warming a prepared dinner, packing snacks or lunches for the next school day, and helping the children transition through their evening and bedtime routines.
This is also a Family Assistant role, so we are looking for someone comfortable helping our household run smoothly. Depending on the day, this may include children’s laundry, light tidying and organization, grocery shopping, errands, and preparing children’s belongings for school and activities.
We already have full-time support in our home, so initially this position will complement our existing routine. We value teamwork and want someone who is comfortable working collaboratively while also being confident and proactive independently.
The right person is loving and engaged with children, reliable, organized, punctual, a safe driver, and someone who naturally notices what needs to be done. Reading, outdoor play, consistency, and family routines are important in our home.
Most importantly, we are looking for more than temporary afternoon help. We hope to find someone who wants to build a trusted, long-term relationship with our children and family and eventually transition with us into a full-time position

I have two wonderful daughters, ages 3 and 1. I will be returning to work next year as a teacher and would love to do a nanny share with another teacher or family with a kid or kids around the same age. Both my girls will be in preschool some of the mornings. I am looking for 5 days a week from 7-3/4. We would need help dropping off and picking up girls from preschool and some light food prep and house work would be required. We love to be active and do lots of park outings so someone who likes nature would be awesome! Would love to have someone with experience with toddlers. Thanks so much!
