A little bit about us
Both parents work from home mostly but we have offices out of the way (& we've created a very comfortable/considerate set up for the nanny). We also have a 4 year old son who is in school full time during the week (opportunity for occasional care as well).
Our son has developmental & intellectual delays due to a diagnosed neurological condition so special needs experience is a must. He does not crawl or walk yet. Pierce is a very joyful & silly little guy who is constantly laughing, smiling & babbling! Responsibilities include attending his therapy appointments (in & out of the home) then applying the at-home exercises & activities with him throughout the day. Create opportunities to incorporate the therapy suggestions, provide sensory play & developmental stimulation regularly. Meal prep/cooking for Pierce is also a must. Ability to drive to activities or pick up/drop off is a plus.
The nanny would ensure a safe environment & must have or be willing to obtain CPR certification & first aid. Nanny would provide basic care, feeding, bathing, developmental activities, light household tasks, laundry, cleaning children's spaces, toy disinfecting & meal prep related to Pierce. Someone playful & nurturing is essential! We try to minimize screen time & outside time is necessary. There is 1 small dogs in the home.
Looking forward to connecting & welcoming you!
