This position is working for someone who is looking for someone to handle all aspects of their home management. This position requires great attention to detail, flexibility, the ability to self-lead, organization, time management and outstanding communication skills. Daily tasks can range but are focused on house upkeep, childcare, scheduling appointments, managing schedules and more.
Tasks Include:
Ensure the residence is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and organization. This includes managing cleaning services, overseeing repairs and maintenance, and ensuring all household supplies are stocked.
Provide attentive and nurturing care for the CEO's children, if applicable. Duties may include supervising playtime, preparing meals, assisting with homework, and arranging activities.
Maintain open and clear communication with the CEO to understand their preferences, priorities, and expectations. Provide regular updates on household matters and address any concerns promptly.
Implement effective organizational systems to streamline household operations and optimize efficiency. This may involve developing filing systems, managing budgets, and keeping track of important documents.
Be prepared to handle a variety of tasks and adapt to changing priorities and circumstances. Remain flexible in scheduling and willing to accommodate unexpected events or emergencies.
Take initiative in managing household tasks and proactively identify areas for improvement. Demonstrate autonomy and resourcefulness in resolving issues and fulfilling responsibilities independently.
Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

I’m looking for a consistent sitter for my kids to watch them Tues-Thurs every week. The time frame changes a little on Wednesdays every other week to accommodate a work meeting but hours will be between 10-12 a week.
We are located in the Longview neighborhood, near Kellogg and Hillside.
My son and daughter are very loving and outspoken kids, each with their own interests and ways they love to play. I also have one dog and two cats (dog will love you, cats will probably hide).
I am needing someone to pick up my daughter from school every day at 4pm and be back at the house to get my son off the bus around 4:40 every day.
Once a week on Thursdays I would need you to stay until 9:45 so those days you would need to do dinner and bedtime as well.
Outside of that we’re really just needing a new addition to the family, someone we can trust and rely on and who will hopefully stick around for years to come!

I am a single mom. It's just me and my 5 year old son, braedyn. He is level 2 autistic. He is potty trained and listens well. He has significant speech delays so he is hard to understand but he is very good about showing what he needs. He is independent mostly. He does need help bathing. I work 2nd shift. My parents will be picking him up and I just need a nanny/sitter to be able to pick him up from my parents house at 8pm and bring him home to our apartment to do bedtime routine. I get off at 11pm.
