A little bit about us
Jayden is 14-he is more independent he will be going throw a with career job this summer for about a month through his school. He loves to game but has a hard time getting motivated. He may need help with instructions for chores.
Blake is 13- he is more helpful and loves his games also. He gets upset with little things. We as his parents have also put him in therapy. He is not doing that anymore, We as his parents have also try to find different ways to help that. At times needs help with that just to be more positive towards any situation when he gets upset. We sit down and communicate with him left and right. Technically the same thing with Jayden at times. The two older boys can get under each other's skin. As brothers do.
Liam is 4- he will need a professional special needs person that deals with disabilities. He is autistic nonverbal. So he will need extra care and extra surveillance lol. Yes he is fully autistic and nonverbal but do not let that fool you he is very smart. He is picky with certain things loud noises for example our shower he doesn't like the noise of it. he is not potty trained wears Pull-Ups he doesn't like sitting on the toilet. We try to encourage it though. Liam knows a little bit of sign language which he is getting teached at school and at home with. He is in special Ed. And a big eater but yet is picky about what he eats. For example he doesn't like noodles. Any type.

Has experience with autistic, neurodiverse or individuals with support needs.
Is energetic but patient and wants to have fun 1:1 with them.
Can redirect behavior in a positive way and show compassion.
Our 7 year old can speak but is not conversational and our 4 year old has emerging speech. Both love being outside, playing with water, Disney movies, swinging and tumbling and playing on their tablets. They love to laugh and show their goofy sides especially once they get to know people.
Must be available some evenings after 4:00 and weekends to help us out. To start would be a few hours a week and increase over time. Thinking one weeknight shift of 3 hours and one weekend shift 4-6 hours to start. Somewhat flexible on days.
Wage increase for watching both of them and incentives for longevity.
