I am a 21-year-old nursing student at the University of Kansas School of Nursing, where I am passionate about learning how to care for others and make a positive impact in people’s lives. I will be 22 this summer and am excited about the opportunity to work as a live-in nanny in Chicago. I love staying active and enjoy outdoor activities like hiking, biking, and exploring new places. Reading and sightseeing are two of my favorite ways to unwind and connect with the world around me. Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have extensive experience caring for children of various ages, gained through my work at a daycare and as a summer nanny. At the daycare, I cared for children ranging from infancy to six years old, where my responsibilities included feeding, diaper changes, planning and facilitating engaging activities, and ensuring their safety and well-being. As a summer nanny for three children (ages 2, 6, and 8), I created age-appropriate activities to keep them entertained, prepared meals and snacks, managed nap times, and provided transportation to and from activities. Additionally, I cared for a five-month-old as a summer nanny, where I was responsible for bottle feeding, diaper changes, soothing, maintaining a consistent nap schedule, and fostering early development through sensory play. Across all these roles, I prioritized creating a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for the children in my care. I also have my BSL/CPR and CNA license

I love to read to the children, imaginary play, trips to the park, library, pool, zoo, etc. I love all activities that keep the children occupied and limited to no screen time!
