I have cared for different ratios of children as well, 4 infants at a time, 7 toddlers/pre-schoolers at a time, and 20 school agers (5yrs-12yrs), giving me patience, and multi-tasking skills. I have been working mainly as a nanny for 5+ years, but also have several years working as a daycare teacher & a pre-school teacher. I am trained in both infant and children first aid/cpr. I'm certified as a montessori teaching assistant, a certified peer counselor and certified in postive discipline. I have a ton experience with neurodivergent children and disabled children.
