Being able to connect to a strong level of friendship with the child and learning trust. with trust you can understand them in times of need and communicate with them better.

The most important part about being a nanny...
I was making ice cream in a bag with this sweet 8 year old. she suggested we add fake sugar and fake milk, and that we should put the ice inside the bag. she said for "doing it for science!" It was also my first time making it, so I said sure and we did. it was water. we made water. it was foamy and salty and tasted like the beach. we laughed so hard and redid it later.
