A little bit about us

We're seeking a warm, reliable, and engaging long-term nanny to become a trusted and consistent part of our family. Our daughters are 4 and 7, and we are looking for someone who can create a safe, fun, structured, and nurturing environment.

Our ideal schedule is approximately 30 hours/week, Monday–Friday, with split morning and afternoon hours: 6:15–8:00 AM and 2:45–7:00 PM. We understand this schedule may not work for everyone and are open to afternoon-only schedules for the right candidate. Occasional extensions until 7:30 PM may also be available. Summer hours are flexible and may include additional full-time or afternoon hours.

Responsibilities include:
• School drop-offs and pick-ups
• Safely transporting the girls to extracurricular activities
• Homework, reading, and educational support
• Planning age-appropriate activities and engaging play
• Preparing snacks and packing lunches
• Children's laundry
• Facilitating clean-ups
• Helping maintain a consistent after-school routine

Education is important to our family, so we're looking for someone who enjoys reading, learning, and helping children develop academically while also allowing them to have fun and be kids.

Qualifications: Prior paid childcare experience, particularly with children ages 4–7, is preferred. Candidates must be CPR/First Aid certified, have a valid driver's license, insurance, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record. We are looking for a non-smoker and someone who maintains a drug-free lifestyle. A minimum one-year commitment and strong childcare references are required.

Compensation: $24–$30/hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Background check and driving record verification required.

We're looking for someone dependable, patient, organized, and genuinely passionate about children. If you're looking for a stable, long-term position with a family that values and appreciates their nanny, we'd love to hear from you!

A little bit about us

Hello! I am looking for a Nanny for my 8 year old daughter who is very loving and sweet, and also has ASD.

Hours/days would be 3-5 days per week on Monday-Friday. During the school year, we would love help in the early mornings (around 6:45am-9:30am), transportation to school, and after school care/transportation (3:30pm-4:30pm). Ideally we would be love to be paired with a Nanny who nurtures her and helps her with ADL’s and would love to do fun activities with her and who can encourage her to have good nutrition. We also have a very energetic golden retriever, so it would be much appreciated if our Nanny is comfortable with pets and can help to take care of our dog as well.

Thank you very much!
