The most important part about being a nanny...
Keeping the children safe while also occupied and learning. I personally would rather the children play outside then play on video games or technology. I want to be someone in their life who doesn't just pass time with them while their parents are away, I want them to remember me and I want to make a good impact on their life. I think it is important to have a relationship with the child, teaching them to be respectful but also be their friend.
