My favorite part of being a Nanny is encouraging imaginative play, providing dress-up clothes and puppets, or becoming famous characters from Frozen and Encanto and pretending to play a good or bad character. This allows children to explore different roles, develop social skills, and express themselves creatively.
As well, I really enjoy singing, dancing, and playing musical instruments because it is a great ways to engage children's senses and creativity

The most important thing to be a nanny is to have genuine love and compassion for children. This foundational quality forms the basis for everything else a nanny does. The crucial task of a babysitter is to provide environments where children feel loved, valued, and safe. A nanny's genuine love for children creates a nurturing atmosphere where children can grow and develop emotionally, socially, and intellectually. Understanding and empathizing with children's emotions, needs, and perspectives are essential to caregiving. A nanny's genuine love for children enables them to empathize with children's experiences, validate their feelings, and respond sensitively to their needs.
Working with children requires a great deal of patience and flexibility. A nanny's genuine love for children motivates them to approach challenges with patience, understanding, and a willingness to adapt to each child's unique personality and needs.

My experience with special needs children...

Early in my babysitting career, I had the privilege of caring for a young boy from a Polish family who was diagnosed with autism. In addition to providing general childcare, I was responsible for coordinating sessions with a specialist to support his developmental needs. This experience was instrumental in deepening my understanding of working with children with special needs.
Furthermore, I also worked with children with special needs at Sunday school, where I worked closely with kids who required extra attention and care.

My favorite nanny moments are witnessing a child achieve a milestone for the first time, such as taking their first steps, saying their first word, or mastering a new skill, which brings immense joy to babysitters.
