I love doing puzzles/shape sorters with toddlers! I just adore the light in there eyes and laughs when they get the shape/puzzle piece in the right spot and they just see how joyful it makes you!

I think it’s really important that you love your job and your not just in it for easy money. Kids are the future of our world and caring for them, being patient and gentle is so very important. Making sure you’re on their level and understanding a child is very important.
My experience with special needs children...
I have only had one experience with a little boy who was autistic, he had a lot of trouble staying focused and sleeping. He was one of the sweetest toddlers i’ve ever met before!
The most important part about being a nanny...
Oh my! I was teaching a little girl words like tree, house, etc. The word bench came up and she kept saying the not so good B word since she has a slight speech deficiency
and it was just so funny since she had no idea what was happening haha!
