My experience with special needs children...
My nephew was born with cerebral palsy I cared for him 4 days a week from the ages of 2-4 while my brother finished college. He is severely handicapped with very little hand control or speech and wheelchair bound. He is an amazing young man now and he was a happy, joyful child!
