I have worked with autistic children, children of divorced Parents so the Grandparents were raising them, worked with abused and foster children,. Children that were going to be kicked out of class for being rude, talkative, not listen to direction, etc. were kept in because I worked with them and they were my best helpers. Worked to build self-esteem of mixed race children, all children with disabilities.

I've also worked for Community Action in their headstart program. I worked 3 different head start locations, ages 3-5 years. I started as a floater, over a decade ago, so I have experience in the infant room, toddler room and preschool room. My most recent job just ended. I was the lead teacher in the toddler room. I have six 1-2 year olds. They no longer had hours or enough children to pay more than 1 teacher. I was second in seniority, having been there 14 months. So I have all the supplies for arts and crafts, books, coloring, stickers, etc I can bring the fun and teach them at the same time. I have my associates degree in childhood development.
