The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part of being a nanny is creating a safe, nurturing environment where children feel seen, supported, and loved. It’s not just about watching kids—it’s about building trust, understanding their needs, and being a positive, steady presence in their daily lives.
My experience with special needs children...
I have direct experience caring for children with special needs, including those with autism, ADHD, and sensory processing challenges. I understand the importance of patience, consistency, and adapting activities to support each child's unique strengths and needs. I’ve worked closely with families to follow therapy routines, support communication goals, and create calm, structured environments that help kids feel safe and confident.
Whether it’s providing one-on-one attention, helping with transitions, or finding creative ways to connect, I’m committed to showing up with empathy, flexibility, and a genuine desire to support each child as they are.

The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite nanny moments was helping a 6-year-old girl build her reading confidence through our daily story time routine. We took turns reading pages, made silly voices for the characters, and even acted out scenes with puppets. After a few weeks, she excitedly read an entire book to her parents, seeing her face light up with pride was the best reward.
