We do scavenger hunts. We also do sticker charts for behavior. During the holidays we like to bake and decorate cookies and treats we do holiday projects I do so much with these kids it’s not even funny and I love every minute of it I also have three children of my own who are teenagers

I have many many years of experience with special needs children. I worked at the children’s home society in Minneapolis were these children were suffering from suicidal thoughts to the worst of the worst anger problems. I also work with TBI patients and autistic children

I really cannot tell you what my favorite nanny moment is because there has been plenty and each kid is different they are their own selves and each one of them has such a different personality there’s been so many different moments I just can’t even name one we’ve had funny moments cute moments even meltdown moments but we get through them all lol
