My experience with special needs children...
I have a 4 year old autistic nephew and I also have another that is 2! I’ve learned dealing w them patients is key! I’ve learned to figure out what my nephew wants when he want it because at the moment he is nonverbal. I know how to calm them when they are upset, and I know how to soothe them when their feeling overwhelmed! I love to be around them their little personalities bring me so much joy!
