Nearly all of my childhood consisted of caring for/watching kids. A majority of my experience comes from the fact that I spent a lot of my summers at the ball park for my brother’s baseball tournaments. All of the siblings of the kids on the team were usually under my care at some point. Whether it be from taking the kids to a local playground near by, staying at the house with the kids so parents would not have to bring them to the ball park, or just watching them at the ball park so parents could enjoy watching their child playing in the game without any distractions. I was also involved with my church’s kids ministry and I worked at a camp (Camp Solgohachia) during a few of my summers during high school.
