Something I've learned over the years was, children will tell their parents everything. If perhaps a nanny was to act immature or inappropriate in front of the child. It would create distrust towards the parents and look terrible in front of the child. Overall, as a nanny always be careful what you do around the kids or else they will tattletale. XD
