I started babysitting in high school and since then have gone on to nanny for several families privately, worked for a nanny agency and Sunday school.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Coloring and arts and crafts are my favorite! Next to that is going on walks, DANCE PARTIES, using chalk, building blocks, puzzles, play doh, reading, sensory play, etc. I also love to incorporate a little curriculum into my play dates!
The most important part about being a nanny...
Making sure you are meeting the parents standards while also going above and beyond to keep the children happy. Being empathetic to children as they are humans with the same emotions as adults they’re just smaller! To be warm and kind even in stressful times.

I was a peer buddy throughout junior high/high school but that’s about it.
