A little bit about me

hi, I'm ella! I'm 21 years old and am currently studying film at BYU, with goals to become a screenwriter/director. I love the outdoors and doing outdoor activities like hiking, running, biking, camping, and fishing. I speak spanish and english, and served a church mission for 18 months in lima, peru. before my mission I worked in the primary (kids ages 3-11) and nursery (kids ages 1.5-3) for a little over a year. I was also an official nanny for two kids under the ages of four for about seven months. i'm the oldest of four kids, and often had to care for my three younger siblings while both of my parents worked. i think it's extremely important for kids to grow up with multiple positive examples in their lives, so they can learn how to love and find joy in every aspect of their lives. i love working with children and being able to love them and help them learn and grow. in family reunions you'd often see me coloring at the kids table. :)
