There was a bumble bee on the inside of the screened in porch, and I could tell it had been stuck in there for awhile and needed help, so I picked it up and showed it to Violet (7) and we put it on a flower together and named him Thomas. I taught her that bees are not something to be scared of and that they are an essential part of our life and are responsible for the beauty around us.
