The most important part about being a nanny to me is being a friend to the child as well. Think about why or what made them want to do that so you can understand them better. Validate their feelings, if they’re wrong let them know but always explain why and tell them what we could do better next time instead. ALWAYS validate your child’s feelings and let them know why we should do it a different way. Their voice matters too.❤️
