Growing up as the oldest in a large family with many younger siblings and cousins, I naturally stepped into a role model and caretaker position from an early age. I often helped my parents babysit and learned how to balance fun, responsibility, and patience while caring for little ones. Over the years, I've also worked with other families, gaining hands-on experience with children ranging from infants to pre-teens (ages 1–13).
