The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part about being a nanny for me is being an advocate for the children. I believe working with the parents to help the children feel understood, to grow in their interests, and to feel safe are the greatest aspects about being a nanny. Children have important things to say, and I hope to be a safe space for children to feel valued.
