The most important thing about being a nanny for me is creating a safe, warm, and stimulating environment where children can develop emotionally, socially, and physically. It’s important to encourage their curiosity, autonomy, and learning through activities that spark their interest and allow them to grow in a well-rounded way. Additionally, I value the trust that parents place in me and strive to maintain open and effective communication with them to ensure that their needs and expectations are met in the best possible way.

My favorite moment as a nanny is when I see the children enjoy and learn from the activities I organize for them. Whether it's seeing their creativity flourish during a craft, their excitement when participating in an educational game, or their sense of accomplishment when completing a task or game, those moments of connection and growth are very rewarding.
