I love to find interactive activities that help children’s motor skills depending on their age. I try to make every activity educational yet engaging and fun! I try to stray away from too much screen time, so instead I will encourage outside time and playing with toys.

I was a peer tutor for 3 years in high school, so I have that experience working with special needs children. I am willing to learn and expand!

The most important part about being a nanny...

I try to give many compliments to the kids I watch to boost their self esteem, and one time in daycare, I noticed that one little boy whom I always complimented had recently been going around and giving everyone the same compliments that I gave him! He said that he wanted everyone to feel as confident as he feels when I compliment him. This is a big reason I have such a passion for working with kids. The examples we give them can help them go out into the world and spread love and kindness.
