I am writing to serve as a reference for Kim, who nannied for my
infant daughter in 2021.
For the first six months of my daughter's life I stayed home with
her, I was extremely nervous to hire someone to care for my baby
girl.
Even before our interview there were two things that "sealed
the deal" for me. The first one being that Kim made it clear that
she saw it as part of her role to support the way the parents
want things done. The second is that I discovered through
Facebook that I actually have mutual friends with two of her
daughters. I was told nothing but good things about how
wonderful Kim's girls are and that is a huge testament to any
parent or caregiver.
She has many strengths that make her an excellent nanny: kindness,
patience, open communication, a good sense of humor, multi-
tasking, cleanliness, and the list goes on. She is clearly great with kids and was wonderful with my daughter. I would hire her again if the opportunity came up."
