I've worked in an after school program for two school years, including those with extra needs. I'm 17 years old. I've been trained in child care. One of the things I've learned I can be quite good at is co-regulation (keeping myself at baseline and helping bring the children down to baseline/regulate their mood). The oldest I've worked with is 13 and the youngest I've worked with is 2. I'm quite skilled in school work, so when school comes around I'd love to do tutoring for the youngsters. I'm also good with pets and would love to provide care to them while looking after the children.
