A little bit about me

My name is Lily! I’m a recent Temple University graduate with a degree in Psychology, and I’m looking for a full-time nanny position with a wonderful family. I’ve been caring for children since I was 14 and have always genuinely loved working with kids.

I’ve worked in early intervention, behavioral therapy, and most recently as a Family Coach, where I supported families with routines, behavior, parenting strategies, and day-to-day life. I’m SafeCare trained and CPR trained, and I also have experience tutoring elementary and middle school students.

I’m energetic, patient, and playful, and I truly love getting involved and playing with kids! Whether it’s going to the park, doing crafts, reading, playing games, or coming up with something fun to do, I love making kids feel happy, comfortable, and engaged.

I’m planning to begin graduate school in the Boston area in Fall 2027 and am hoping to find a family I can build a great, consistent relationship with.

More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I’ve been caring for children since I was 14 and have experience babysitting, tutoring, early intervention, behavioral therapy, and family coaching. Most recently, I worked as a Family Coach, supporting families in their homes with routines, behavior, parenting strategies, and day-to-day family life. I also have a degree in Psychology and am SafeCare and CPR trained.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love anything that gets kids moving, creating, and using their imagination! I enjoy going to parks and playgrounds, arts and crafts, reading, playing games, baking, going on walks, and coming up with fun activities together. I’m definitely not afraid to get on the floor and play or be a little silly!

The most important part about being a nanny...

I think the most important part of being a nanny is creating a relationship where children feel safe, cared for, and genuinely happy to be around you. A great nanny should be dependable and responsible, but also someone who makes children feel comfortable being themselves, encourages their curiosity, and makes everyday life fun.

My experience with special needs children...

I have professional experience working with children with a variety of developmental and behavioral needs. I worked as a Behavior Therapist providing individualized ABA services and previously worked in early intervention. As a Family Coach, I also supported families navigating behavioral and developmental challenges and helped create routines and strategies tailored to each child and family.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite parts of caring for children is when they become completely comfortable with you and their personality really comes out. I love those little moments when a child gets excited to show you something they made, tells you a funny story, or asks you to play their favorite game for the tenth time. Those moments are what make childcare so rewarding to me!
