A little bit about me

As you may already know, my name is Livellah Johnson. I’ve been working with kids since I was a kid. My grandmother owned a daycare. I remember coming back home from school to my grandmother’s house and there were about 8 kids in the living room playing with each other. I remember helping my grandmother make snacks for the kids and I remember helping her make bottles and for the crying babies. My grandma planted a seed that’s just been growing ever since, my love for kids. In middle school I joined my church’s nursery and became the nursery teacher. In high school I worked for a daycare every summer. When I got out of high school I started working for my old middle school, H.B. Lee middle school. There’s a program that’s ran through H.B. Lee middle school summer program called “Freedom School”. I’ve been working as a reading teacher with that program for 2 years now. I am not a college graduate although, I am going to nursing school and I plan on graduating next year.
