My name is Makayla Hyatt. I am 24 years old from North Carolina but I am currently living in DC. In fall of 2020 I attended Marys Center to get my Child Development Certification. I also received my CPR license while taking classes. Last summer of 2021 I interned at Harriet Tubman elementary school as a teachers aide. I helped assist with 3rd graders in the subject of math. Although I did not finish school I do plan to go back and get my full CDA certification.
