I have only worked with one special needs child, but it was very brief so I honestly don’t have too much experience in that area.
The most important part about being a nanny...
There have been a few times when I’ve been around families long enough to see a baby start crawling and then start walking and talking. It always makes me emotional knowing I have been able to be apart of those big exciting moments.
