Hi! My name is Mary Betterson, I'm a Sophomore Sociology & Criminology double major at Howard University. I'm the third child from a big family of 9 and have years of experience caring for my four younger siblings. I have experience caring for children from infant-teen as well as tutoring elementary and middle school. A little bit more about myself; I'm 19 years old and a former military brat from Cleveland OH by way of Goldsboro NC. I enjoy reading, cooking, and baking, and when I'm not in class you can usually find me in the library on campus or the nearest coffee shop. At Howard I'm a part of several organizations like Air force ROTC (where I hope to become an officer level military lawyer), the NAACP, and the Chapel to name a few.
