A little bit about me

As the oldest of 6 children, I have helped take care of kids nearly my whole life! I began babysitting for families other than my own when I was 11 and continued babysitting throughout junior high and high school. I LOVE kids and watching them grow physically, mentally, and emotionally. It's so special getting to be a part of their lives and having a positive influence on them. Studying communications at BYU has increased my interest in learning about how children communicate and how to improve my communication and interaction with them. I can't wait to be a parent and hope to have several children of my own in the future! Family is such an important part of my life; I hope to meet your family soon!

First off, I love kids! I would have some of my own, however I am a student athlete at BYU and my sport won't allow it. However, I have had nanny experience throughout high school. I watched over a fellow ward member's children weekly. I was her go-to and she told me often that her kids preferred me. My other experience comes from playing, watching and laughing with my niece and nephew. My brother and sister have kids and I really enjoy taking my little niece to jump on the tramp together, play tag and hide and go seek. I also have little cousins that I have grown up watching and taking care of whenever I get to! I have been CPR certified for a few years now and just updated my certification in 2018. I have formal education/experience as a CNA in 2016 and I have had experience with children who have special needs. My availability is in the evening but other times could be arranged.
