The most important part about being a nanny...
To me, the most important part of being a nanny is maintaining a strict respect for the parents' rules, boundaries, and unique parenting style. I believe in working as a team with the family to ensure complete consistency for the child.
Equally important is ensuring 100% that the child is thriving in a safe and nurturing environment. My priority is always to cover all of their essential needs: from emotional affection and physical safety to balanced nutrition and meaningful, screen-free fun.

The most important part about being a nanny...
For me, the most rewarding part of childcare is building a deep bond of friendship, trust, and affection. I love creating a safe space where a child feels completely secure, loved, and fully cared for.
A perfect example of this was with the first child I cared for. Being there to witness his biggest milestones—watching his first teeth come in, introducing his very first solid foods, and cheering him on during his first steps, first words, and first belly laughs—was unforgettable. Being a consistent, loving part of those moments is exactly why I love what I do.

Live-In Full-Time Nanny Available in Boston, MA: Jennifer D.
I am a 17 year old upcoming senior this September. Growing up I helped my mom and aunt babysit different ages of kids. As a 5th-6th grader in elementary school I also volunteered to help the special needs kids during lunch, playtime and nap time. In the summer of 2024 I worked as a counselor at a camp. During this time I sat in classroom with them and helped them out if they needed it, I served them lunch and participated in activities with them. I am very well with all kids no matter the age. I have good experience and will bring a good positive attitude to your home everyday and make sure your kid is fine.
