"We could not have asked for a better nanny for our two boys. Molly is patient, attentive, and thoughtful. She adapts to each boys needs. She plans crafts and activities for them that are age appropriate and match their interests. But one of the biggest reasons we absolutely love her for the boys and is how she patiently helps them through their big emotions, identify their feelings, and work out ways to calm themselves. As the boys have gone through various stages, Molly always discusses how she’s handling new behaviors, listens to what we’re trying, and all have benefitted—I’ve definitely learned a lot from her! We’ve come to think of Molly as part of the family and hope to have her in our boys lives far beyond when we no longer need a nanny.
