I grew up with 4 younger siblings and always helped out my parents, now that I am older I have a nephew and 3 new younger cousins. I have babysat all different ages. Last summer I babysat my 1 year old cousin and that included me cleaning, cooking, grocery store runs, nap time, play time, learning time, etc. This year I started babysitting my friends younger sisters who are in elementary and middle school.
