I retired early and not being happy with being home all the time, I became a full time nanny. I am college educated, married,love all ages of children and do not believe in corporal punishment; instead, I use common sense in discussing a problem and if that doesn't work, I use time out, one minute for each year of age. Also, I encourage arts & crafts, read to them all the time, go on nature picnics, go to the local library's story time & take them swimming. I am extremely comfortable around animals, having 5 of my own. My availability is Mon.-Fri., from early a.m. until late afternoon.
